The Edit by G. Return Policy

We want you to love your The Edit by G. products! If you receive a damaged, defective, or mislabeled item, returns are accepted for 30 days. We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@theeditbyg.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged, defective, or mislabeled item.
  3. We'll assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping:

  • If the item is deemed damaged, defective, or mislabeled due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons (e.g., incorrect size or color), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • No restocking fee

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or mislabeled, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • We do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences. If you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • No restocking fee

  • No final sale items
